1.Warranty Coverage

2.Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers only defects in parts, accessories, motors, electrical systems, and structural components resulting from manufacturing processes, assembly, or non-standard materials from the factory. The Company reserves the right to exclude coverage for damage caused by other factors, such as power surges, power drops, lightning strikes, unauthorized modifications, or any issues unrelated to the
manufacturing process.

3.Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

  • Normal wear and tear of materials.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors, such as mold, rust, wood-boring insects, and termites.
  • Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or improper operation.
  • Scratches, stains, marks, or external damage occurring after the product has been successfully inspected and received.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or dismantled by unauthorized third parties.
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or the use of inappropriate chemicals.
  • Damage resulting from transportation or relocation by the customer, or from natural disasters.

4.Rights of Execution

For products covered under this warranty, the Company reserves the right to determine the scope of repair or to replace only the defective parts as deemed appropriate (for product sets, only the damaged parts will be replaced). Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

5.Warranty Period After Repair

In the event that a product has been repaired or had parts replaced, the warranty period will remain based on the “original delivery date.” The warranty period will not be extended.

6.Right of Determination

The Company reserves the right to diagnose and determine whether a product meets the warranty conditions. The Company’s decision shall be deemed final.

7.Improper Relocation Damage caused by moving or relocating the product using improper methods is not covered under the warranty.

8 .Advertising Discrepancies.

The warranty does not cover minor discrepancies in color or details that may occur between the product images shown on the website, catalogs, printed media, or advertisements, and the actual product received by the customer.

9.This warranty covers only .

The cost of replacement parts and repair labor. It does not include on-site service or travel fees.

10.This warranty does not cover.

Damages or accidents resulting from improper or careless use, such as placing hands, arms, or objects into themechanism while the motor is operating, which may cause pinching, injury, or motor jams and damage.

Basic Furniture Care Instructions

1.Care for Steel Frames, Motors, and Electrical Systems

1.1 Daily Cleaning: Use a feather duster or a clean, dry cloth to wipe the surface regularly to prevent dust accumulation. If liquids spill on the steel frame or motor, unplug the power cord first, then wipe the area dry. Do not leave it wet, as this may cause damage to the electrical system.

1.2 Correct Plug Insertion and Removal: Always hold the plug itself when plugging in or unplugging. Do not pull on the power cord, and avoid touching the plug prongs with your hands.

1.3 Avoid Socket Overloading: Avoid using multi-socket adapters or power strips to capacity, as overloading the wall outlet may lead to electrical system issues.

1.4 Battery Usage with Adapter: Do not leave batteries inside the adapter when connected to a wall outlet during normal use, as leaking or deteriorating batteries may cause damage to the adapter.

1.5 Special Precautions for Children: Exercise extreme caution to prevent children from playing under the bed while its height is being adjusted, as this poses a serious hazard. Do not sit on the edge of the mattress during level adjustments, and do not jump on the mattress, as this may lead to falls and injuries. Furthermore, such actions could deform and damage the structure.

2.Care for Bed Frames, Wooden Legs, and Wooden Components

2.1 Daily Cleaning: Use a feather duster or a clean, dry cloth to wipe the surface regularly to prevent dust accumulation.

2.2 Cleaning Stains: Occasionally clean with a clean cloth tightly wrung out with water, then immediately wipe it completely dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using highly acidic or alkaline cleaning solutions, or highly concentrated chemicals such as thinner, for cleaning.

2.3 Moisture and Water Stain Prevention: If water is spilled, wipe it up as quickly as possible with a dry cloth to prevent moisture from seeping into the wood, which could cause long-term damage.

2.4 Avoiding Direct Sunlight: Do not place the furniture in direct sunlight to prevent the wood color from fading or the material from deteriorating prematurely.

2.5 Impact Prevention: Avoid hitting or scratching the surface with hard or sharp objects to prevent the wood from denting or deforming, and to keep the surface coating from peeling off.

3.Mattress Care & Maintenance

3.1 Avoid Direct Sunlight and Extreme Heat : Do not place the mattress in direct sunlight or expose it to the sun for extended periods. Heat and UV rays can cause the natural latex to deteriorate, become brittle, or lose its elasticity prematurely.

3.2 Daily Cleaning and Ventilation : Regularly dust or vacuum the mattress surface and keep the room well-ventilated by opening windows. This reduces moisture buildup and maintains the dust-mite resistant properties of the feather-soft fabric cover.

3.3 Handling Liquid Spills : If liquids are spilled on the mattress, immediately blot as much moisture as possible using a clean cloth or paper towel. Use a fan or cool air blower until completely dry. Strictly avoid using hot air hair dryers or drying the mattress under direct sunlight.

3.4 Rotating the Mattress to Extend Lifespan : Rotate the mattress head-to-toe every 3–6 months to distribute weight evenly. This preserves the soft comfort of the convoluted (egg-crate) latex layer and maintains the firm support of the compressed latex base over time.

3.5 Precautions for Use and Heavy Impact : Avoid placing high-temperature objects on the mattress, unnecessary folding or bending, and severe concentrated impacts—such as jumping—to prevent structural damage to the latex layers and fabric cover.
